Conflict in the workplace is inevitable — it's easier to hope to avoid it than to build our capacity to deal with it successfully. In this session, we’ll teach a process for approaching and resolving conflict and review how to prevent conflict from escalating. We’ll also focus some time on difficult conversations to help participants organize their thoughts and approach around these interactions.
